Qualified Occupational Health Auditor (OHA) Homebased – Remote

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Qualified Occupational Health Auditor (OHA) to work in Homebased – Remote on a permanent basis 3 Days/week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The role will involve:

• Be responsible for conducting thorough audits
• Providing actionable recommendations to enhance clinical standards across the business
• Support annual SEQOSH accreditation
• Perform comprehensive audits to include health surveillance, case management and new starter clearances virtually across the clinical team including independent contractors
• Ensure the business adheres to statutory regulations and clinical standards, outlining findings, recommendations and corrective actions
• Promote culture of continuous improvement
• Prepare detailed reports following audits

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with good case management and report writing experience.

Salary: up to £40,000 pro rata + Benefits
