Occupational Health Operations Manager Remote/Hybrid – UK and Europe

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Operations Manager to work remote/hybrid in UK and Europe on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:

• Operation management and deliver of a portfolio of Occupational Health contracts across UK and Europe
• Ensuring services meet contractual requirements, SLA’s. KPI’s. clinical governance and local regulatory standards.
• Monitor service performance, coordinate resources, resolve issues and drive improvement
• Operational line management for all staff delivering these contracts including clinicians, clinical leadership retains responsibility for clinical deliverables, competency, audits and clinical training only.
• Produce management information and performance report, analysing trends, risks and capacity issues
• Coordinate days to day service delivery and mobilsation of new contracts

To apply you will need to be an Operations, Contract and service delivery manager within Occupational Health with previous line management and service delivery experience. You will need to have experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously and have experience of client relationship and stakeholder engagement.

Salary: up to £51,000 + Benefits
