Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Blackpool + Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Blackpool + Homebased on a permanent basis 4 days/week. The role will involve:

• Overseeing the day to day running of the OH Department
• Providing clinical supervision, mentorship and training to OH Team
• Developing and reviewing clinical OH policies, protocols and procedures
• Lead the nurse-led service ensuring there is adequate OH provision and resources
• Providing an efficient nurse triage system
• Ensuring service level agreement are met
• Undertaking medical consultations, case conferences and case management
• Health surveillance including audio, spiro, skin and HAV’s aswell as interpreting results
• Coordinating annual flu programme

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experience Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor on part 3 of the NMC register. You will need to have string case management, health surveillance and immunisation experience. You will need to be able to lead a team.

Salary: up to £47,700 pro rata inclusive of market supplement + Benefits
