Occupational Health Nurse Manager Oxford + Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Oxford + Homebased on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:

• Day to Day personnel management of team of OHA’s Nurses and Technicians
• Supporting recruitment activity for all nursing teams
• Delivery OH Service to clients ensuring highest standard of OH advice
• Act as an ambassador and promote OH services to various client site locations
• Ensure clinical standards of best practice are followed and company policies and procedures adhered to
• Undertake clinical supervision/peer and team audit in relation to service delivery
• Plan and organise flu vacs campaign
• Attend sickness absence and client review meetings
• Undertake complex referrals

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health nurse Manager with previous managerial experience and full driving licence.

Salary: up to £50,000 + Benefits
