Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Southampton + Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Southampton + homebased on a temporary basis 2-3 days/week. The role will involve working onsite in Southampton at least 1 day/week (Wednesday) and the remaining days home-based. The role will involve:

• Case Management
• Return to work
• Monitoring occupational health trends and insights
• Coach and develop line managers, HR and stakeholders on benefits of good physical and mental health and wellbeing
• Optimise health, wellbeing and attendance

To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and report writing experience.
