Occupational Health Clinical Lead Homebased with travel throughout Scotland

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Occupational Health Clinical Lead to work Homebased with travel throughout Scotland on a Fixed Term Contract 9 months – Full time. The role will involve:

• Review and consider how wellbeing services are delivered
• Improve clinical governance
• Introduce clinical audit
• Manage OH Team
• Ensure effective service delivery
• Lead and develop OH service
• Support in development and implementation of wellbeing strategies, policies and procedures
• Identify, assess and determine the pre-placement health assessment, fitness for work, health surveillance and vaccination programmes
• Triage of cases for management referrals, dealing of complex cases and progressing onwards
• Implement vaccination clinics and blood immunity checks
• Undertake and lead health and wellbeing projects and initiatives
• Manage effectively all resources and equipment
• To recruit, lead, develop and manage performance of employees

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead with string leadership and management experience in Occupational Health. You will need to have robust experience in clinical governance and clinical audit as well as case management. You will need to have a clean driving licence and access to a car and flexible to travel as required.

Salary: up to £56,600 pro rata + benefits
