Occupational Health Clinical Lead Barrow in Furness, Cumbria

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Clinical Lead to work in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the clinical team
• Support the development of clinical pathways
• Work with Directors and Managers to implement company objectives
• Review of clinical competencies and materials
• Create and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
• Develop and support initiatives to meet client needs, targeted well-being and company objectives
• Support recruitment, selection and induction of team
• Support and co-ordinate resource to meet shift requirements
• Undertake, review and record regular clinical competency reviews and audit clinical paperwork
• Ensure calibration, servicing, repair and replacement of equipment for team
• Prioritise clinical and occupational health needs according to risk
• Advise, monitor and assess clinical practice of OH team
• Hours: Monday – Thursday from 07.15am – 16.00pm and Fridays 07.15am – 11.45am

To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead/Manager with strong leadership and clinical auditing experience.
