Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Welwyn Garden City + Travel

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Welwyn Garden City + Travel on a full time permanent basis. The role will be to work onsite a minimum of 2 days/week in Welwyn Garden City and will involve travel across sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. The role will involve:

• Oversee case management, including referral triage, allocation and quality monitoring
• Provide expert advice on complex occupational health cases
• Lead health surveillance, screening programmes, and fitness-for-work assessments
• Manage and develop OH staff, ensuring CPD and professional standards
• Ensure strong clinical governance, audit, and continuous improvement processes
• Identify trends and contribute to service improvement initiatives

To apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management, health surveillance and safety critical medical experience. You will need to be on part 3 of the NMC register and have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. You will need to be a car owner and have a clean driving licence.

Salary: £48,000 – £53,000 + £5000 market rate supplement
