Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team Leader Acton + Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team Leader to work in Acton + Homebased on a full time permanent basis. The role will be to work in North Acton 3 days/week onsite and remaining 2 days homebased. The role will involve:

• Providing leadership and support to a team of 10 including OH nurses and Technicians
• Acting autonomously as Clinical Lead providing treatment and OH Services
• Supporting recruitment, selection and induction
• Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews and auditing clinical work
• Ensuring all staff are suitably qualified, inducted and trained to provide a quality service

To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong previous experience in providing clinical leadership to a team.
