Peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor in Midlands and Southern Region
Location: West Midlands, Southern Region
Occupational Health Staffing is looking to recruit an occupational health advisor on behalf of an established healthcare provider. This role is to work on a full time permanent basis across a geographical area which includes Gloucester, the West Midlands, Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire, as well as attend meetings in Bedford and London.
The applicant will work as part of a small team of 5 OHAs and 2 Support Staff, and will report to the OH Manager.
Managing your own work and diaries, you will undertake:
• Pre-placement screening
• Health surveillance
• Clinical case management
• Co-ordinating immunisations & blood tests
• Key to the role is implementing the corporate wellbeing strategy and programmes including the Flu vaccination campaign.
To apply you will be suitably qualified, preferably to degree level, and must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Registered Nurse and Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health). Candidates should have excellent IT and communication skills and be comfortable interacting at all levels from director to employee.
