Occupational Health Advisor in Oxford, Oxfordshire

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Qualified Occupational Health Advisor to work on a permanent basis 2 days a week in Oxford (in-house).
The successful candidate will provide a full OH remit including: –
– Work in partnership with Management to increase productivity by lowering sickness absence
– Actively review and manage ongoing sickness absence cases, providing support to the individual and detailed reports to the Company
– Organising and participation of pre-employment/re-deployment health assessments and health surveillance programmes
– Manage and provide health surveillance
– Enable people with a health condition or disability to work
The role is based in Oxford with once-a-month work in Didcot and High Wycombe
Hours: Normal office hours but some flexibility required from time to time to catch night shift workers either in the evening or the early mooring
To apply you need to be a Registered General Nurse with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational health.
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 pro-rata + Pension, Lifestyle benefits, Employee Assistance Programme, childcare vouchers, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
