Mobile Services Coordinator in Solhull, Birmingham

Salary: £22K – £25K + 25 Days Holiday, Health Cash Plan

Occupational health Staffing are looking to recruit a Mobile Services Coordinator to work for a leading health care provider in Solihull on a full time permanent basis. The successful individual will assist the Mobile Services Manager in ensuring effective operation of a fleet of 25 mobile medical units and Peripatetic Occupational Health Technicians.
Duties Include:-
• Ensure efficient technician planning & optimise logistical arrangements
• Ensuring information available to technicians is current & complete
• Responsibility for with stock/equipment supplies
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance, MOT and roadworthiness
• Handling technician queries where appropriate
• Support to Admin team on technical areas, appointment timings, assessment content etc
• Ad-hoc OHT contingency cover for unplanned absence or peak demand, and improve MMU utilisation when surplus available
• Assisting with calibration & maintenance
• Stock and supply equipment and consumables
• Assisting with on boarding & training of new starters
To apply you will:-
• Sound knowledge of occupational health, with in-depth understanding of health surveillance and fitness for work requirements.
