Band 7 Nurse Manager – Adult Disability Service in Guernsey, Channel Islands

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Band 7 Nurse Manager to work on a full time permanent basis in Guernsey, Channel Islands as part of their Adult Disability Service. You will play an important part in the development of the service for the future, you will need to be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual with a person centred approach assisting people to live and thrive in their own homes
– To be accountable for the ongoing review, monitoring and updating of care programmes, ensuring they are based on the assessed needs and expressed wishes of the service user, as stated in their person-centred plan and for ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with professional and service standards.
– To be responsible and manage the allocated budget as delegated by the service manager, Adult Disability Services.
– The post holder will manage a staff team supporting service users with their own tenancies.
My client offer a competitive salary and you will be entitled to an annual bonus of £1,167 and an additional bonus of £3,000 payable after two and four years of continuous service.
Successful candidates will be provided with a Long-Term Employment Permit. This permit will allow you to become a permanent resident and will extend to any family members who reside with you.
My client offers an attractive relocation package and, if you rent private accommodation, you will be entitled to a £5,000 lump sum, a rent allowance payable over 2 years and a house purchase grant where applicable. As an alternative, they also offer single subsidised staff accommodation and a £500 lump sum to support your relocation.
To Apply you will be a Registered Nurse with a Teaching/Mentoring qualification
Salary: £41,956 – £55,315 per annum + professional subscriptions paid, training up to master’s level, free parking across the Island, + NHS annual leave and sick leave and NHS pension
