Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Homebased + Glasgow (Occasional Travel)

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work mainly from home with occasional travel to Glasgow on a permanent basis 3-5 days/week. 2 x Senior OHA roles – Homebased with occasional travel to sites in Glasgow or homebased with minimum 2 days onsite and travel between sites in Glasgow. The role will be:

• Varied predominantly working from home
• Sickness Absence Management
• Pre-employment Questionnaires
• Fit for Work
• Health Surveillance
• Client engagement and service delivery
• Day to Day Leadership and Direction on contract teams to deliver the client services effectively
• Clinical audits
• Mentoring and training new staff
• Ad-Hoc project activity
• Preparation of OH policies, standard and procedures
• Lead by example and be an inspirational role model

To Apply you will be an experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience with previous experience in a Senior role or ready for that next step up. Full driving licenses is required.

Salary: up to £48,000 pro rata for homebased and site based role
Salary: up to £45,000 pro rata for mainly homebased with excellent training, 25 days holiday, Pension Scheme (6%), EAP, Life Assurance
