Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work on a Part time Permanent basis – 3 – 4 days a week based 2 days a week in Nottingham, the rest can be done from home.
The work includes clinical work and team management, supporting the line manager and client management – key focus of the role is to provide operational OH services and advice to clients and be accountable for line management and development of OH colleagues.
• Line management of multiple team members
• Clinical audit and clinical governance
• Development of policies and procedures
• Contract management
• Clinical caseload
The post holder will be joining a well respected and vibrant business at the leading edge of occupational health delivery. The role will be part of a wider professional and friendly multidisciplinary team based largely in Nottingham, however there is a requirement to work at multiple client site/s including regular travel as necessary.
The role focuses on both line management and operational OH service delivery; in addition, there will be opportunity to work with the OHM and COD to contribute to and implement strategy.
Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 pro rata
