Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor – Team Leader on a Permanent, Part Time basis – 4 days a week in Brough, Hull.
This is a part-time role working 32 Hours a week Monday to Thursday and managing 2 clinicians who are based at other sites. The role will be based at Brough, near Hull.
What you’ll be doing:
• Provide leadership and support to your team and assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in leading and advancing clinical practice.
Carry out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments
• Undertake case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports
• Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced
Qualifications
• Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable.
• Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance.
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
Salary: £40,000 + 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance
