Occupational Health Staffing is looking to recruit a Permanent Full or Part Time Occupational Health Advisor in Poole, Dorset. The role is to assist the Occupational Health Delivery Manager in leading and advancing OH delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Managing own case load and projects in accordance with the OH case management process
• To provide professional advice, support and guidance
• To provide health surveillance
• To work with the OHDM in the development and provision of a high profile and pro-active OH service which includes developing and delivering agreed health and wellbeing initiatives

Qualifications required

• A Registered Nurse with and additional Occupational Health qualification to degree or diploma level or working towards a recordable OHN qualification with the NMC.

Experience required

• Evidence of recent experience working in an OH environment and the ability to complete remote & face to face case management

Salary: £37,174 – £45,000 + 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Outstanding pension scheme,
