Occupational Health Adviser Homebased + Some travel in Kent

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Adviser on a Full-Time permanent basis to work across 4 or 5 days a week, mainly from home but with some travel in Kent
The role will be predominantly home based with occasional face to face management referral clinics in West Malling (once per month).

Travel to customer sites throughout Kent may also be required for vaccination clinics.
This may be once or twice per month but more frequently during the flu vaccination season which would likely be 1-2 days per week.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Give both written and verbal advice to referring managers / HR personnel to support their management of sickness absence, rehabilitation and fitness for work to include statutory requirements.
Provide a professional Occupational Health service to include:

•Employment health screening.
•Managing a caseload of health referrals.
•Undertaking health assessments.
•Health surveillance, including vision testing, spirometry, audiometry, immunisations etc.
•Participation in the delivery of the annual flu vaccination programme.

Hours 37 hours a week worked over 4 or 5 days a week

Salary £42,000 per annum
