Medical Director Southern England – Flexible

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Medical Director MFOM or FFOM to work on a full time permanent basis. The role will be hybrid/remote. The role will involve:
- To oversea and lead the management, supervision, direction of all employed and contracted Occupational Health Physicians within the functional team.
- Support the DCMO and CMO in advising the Senior Leadership Team on all professional medical issues and lead clinical engagement within your functional team, in partnership with other clinicians and colleagues.
- As required, be prepared to deputise for the DCMO when representing the company in maintaining strong senior stakeholder relationships in customer organisations, particularly with senior, high profile and decision-making roles.
- As required, be prepared to deputise for the DCMO when supporting business development by providing clinical assurance to solutions and supporting new business sales activity with innovative and clinically creative ideas and solutions.
- Ensure your functional team collaborates closely with colleagues in service delivery and other support functions to ensure customer needs are well understood and that the company proposition represents the optimal solution to meet the customer’s current and future needs.
To apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Physician MFOM and FFOM with previous clinical leadership and management experience. You will need to be flexible to travel as and when required and will need to have a full clean driving licence.
