Medical Director Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a permanent Medical Director for Training to work full or part time, 3, 4 or 5 days a week from home. As Medical Director for Training, the successful candidate will be required to clinically supervise and support trainees on OHP development programmes. In addition, they will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of consistent, high-quality training, including clinical induction programmes, continuous professional development, sharing best practice, and mandatory training.

The role holder will also be expected to: –

• Conduct clinical delivery a minimum of 2 days per week
• Take on Chief Medical Officer responsibilities for key clients
• Be motivated, energetic and take accountability for delivering professional services in line with required clinical and regulatory standards

Salary: £140,000
