Clinical Team Lead (Occupational Heath Nurse Advisor) Winfrith, Dorset + Home-based

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit Clinical Team Lead (Occupational Heath Nurse Advisor) to work in Winfrith, Dorset + Home-based on a permanent basis 4 days/week. The role will involve working 2 days/week onsite at Winfrith, Dorset and 2 days/week remote home-based. The role will involve:

• Supporting the Head of Nursing to advise, Monitor and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health Team
• Carry out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments
• Undertake case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports
• Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced

To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience. you will also need to have previous experience managing a team.

Salary: £45,000 pro rata + Benefits
